Alkemi: A Simple and Secure Way to Encrypt Your Conversations
Alkemi is a free application available on Android that lets you encrypt your conversations through various mediums like email, instant messenger, text messaging, forum posts, blogs, Twitter, and even faxes. The app uses an alphanumeric format called HEXASCII to encrypt your data and keep your conversations private from anyone without your key. Alkemi does not limit how to communicate, and you can even embed Alkemized messages within your normal messages for added security.
This language-neutral app works with any language you can type or paste, including Chinese, Hindi, Arabic, English, Japanese, Hebrew, Russian, and many more. Alkemi is straightforward to use, and you can quickly alkemize your text by selecting a key and then copy and paste the alkemized text into the communication program of your choice.
